Reharper is a tool made by Jet Brains. The same company which have also produced Intellij for Java and Team City which is a continuous integration server.
The tool brings a lot of features which complement the features provided out of the box by Visual Studio.
The tool allows refactoring, code analysis, code generation and it’s own unit test runner which integrates into Visual Studio.
It provides editing tools for Xaml and ASP .NET.

The tool is licensed and does currently cost $349 for the full edition which supports both C# and VB or for $249 for support of one of the languages.
It is well worth the investment.
